Komen Orange County Race for the Cure®

On September 26, 2010 I'll be running in the Komen Orange County Race for the Cure® to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure. This is a collective effort to raise funds to help those in need get life saving mammogram. Each mammogram costs $125, so they try to get everyone who participates to raise $125 to cover the cos...t of 1 mammogram. But YOU only need to chip in a couple bucks. Instead of super-sizing your fast food meal, donate a dollar or two or five to the cause. Here is the link to my site where you can sponsor me specifically in supporting this effort. Now don't all of you click the link at once!

Better yet, get involved yourself! Here is a link to Team LeFever.

We would be happy to have you join us in supporting this noble cause. I think most of us are running in the 9:45 race, but you can run at the earlier race if you would like.

Some of us are thinking about getting Team Liveabetic shirts made for this event. If you are interested in that let me know by emailing me at liveabetic@gmail.com.

I'm glad I found your blog. I'm brand new with Team Beachbody and I'm looking to network with as many coaches as possible.

I found this site from my upline coach at http://MyRecruitingSystem.com guy who runs that site recruited over 100 coaches his first month. Him and his wife took the top spot with the chairmans challenge that Beachbody was putting on and Carl is flying to their home to interview them.

He is allowing a few people outside of his team to use his system and it is awesome. I got the system and ad co-op and recruited 3 new coaches my first week. I also recruited my sister but I don't think she is going to do much.

    Talk with everyone later

    Hi Linda,

Thanks for commenting! I hope the Liveabetic site is helpful for you!
You will find that I do a number of things for exercise with Coach Greg, as well as P90X. I’m currently trying to motivate myself to do a “reset” with my nutrition and exercise, so we will see how that goes.

In any event, feel free to comment here with any tips and tricks you have, and ESPECIALLY anything that you think will motivate others (and me) to do better and build happier healthier lives!

    All the best,

    -Liveabetic Jeff
